Just to set the record straight, there is no petes club or Moose Lake Bassmasters club. What I am doing is setting up some structure for the club. There is no voting structure for anything. I have made up a set of by-laws that are more detailed than the generic BASS template. These are simply a set of by-laws that I will be proposing to the club for the club. It promotes fair voting structures, committees and a clear definition of Officers along with a few other perks.
