You came to the right spot for smelt there are a few of us in the league that go smelting in the spring and I know that most are up to go ice fishing.I would like to try for cats through the ice! keep in touch let us know when the ice is ready!
Yeah, we get out each year and get all we need or want. Just keep an eye on the forums. We'll let you know when it happens and to run up. Some of our guys practically live on the shore during that time watching the smelt runs and we'll know.
