I have a question for folks...

Every spring, I struggle to find spark plugs for my Evinrude 115.  I have been quoted prices ranging from a couple dollars a plug, to close to 15 dollars a plug depending on where I go.  The place where I used to get just plain old champion plugs for about 8 dollars for 4, did not have them anymore and I ended up paying literally over $50 at RJ's for a set of 4 Champion Marine plugs.  Most places that have your standard high school age kid working, do not even know if auto plugs will work in the engine (which I know they will) and they end up telling me I have to special order which costs a mint.  Bob especially, since you have the same motor, any suggestions?

Al, thanks for the prop reminder. Every year, I wait until the week before the season starts!

As for the plugs, I buy all of mine at L&M. I've never checked on ones for the Evinrude 115, but they have a lot to choose from. Let me know what you're looking for & I can see if they have them. I usually stop in there at least once a week.
