Why you both are so interested in those Crappies I will never know.  Now if this was a bass, walleye, or pike spot I could see getting a little touchy.  But Crappies?  I have yet to buy into the hype.  When I go fishing I want something that is actually going to pull back!  Crappies are what a person catches when they are trying to catch bass or pike.  We will have to sit down sometime and you will have to teach me the beauty of Crappies.

Crappies are a good thing.  Twitch secretly loves the crappies. 

Yeah the walleyes, pike and bass can put a bend in the rod, but crappies are open year round, so that is part of the reason they are fun to catch.  Yeah we can sit down sometime and discuss crappies over a brewski..
