Well I hope somebody I know wins it. You going to make Doug ride in the fishhouse on the way back. If so, maybe we'll have to send some minnows with him so at least he can troll on the way back.

Drove by the lake today- Not a lot of snow on the lake, but they are calling for 25 and sunny on Friday and 35 and sunny for Sat. Ice cleats may be recommended.
I will probably bring the fire pit out to the lake and cook some hotdogs or brats on the lake during the contest or after the contest.

I would need them minnows, the way he drives I'll be over some ditches and water for sure. Good speed trolling.
The fishing sounds great, especially in God's Country. That's really most of Minnesota.
Twitch call me and we'll see. If I can get enough done, I might be able to head down and fishing with you guys. I haven't been out much so it's time. All this work is getting to me.

I guess you can have fishhouse's out there again. I will have mine out there for the kids to fish in.
Look for the Red Ford f150 - with the red v front fishhouse. you might see some smoke to as i will probably have the fire pit going also. I will probably be on the west end of the contest.

I heard from a friend that used to fish that the contast that it was pretty good time.He said that it a great lake in open water season also.
