Some of you guys helped me get going on ice fishing. Is there anyone who could get me going on open water crappies?All aspects of the game are needed any tips or advice would be great.

Get on the water as soon as the ice melts and look for the warmest water with a little cover.The crappies should'nt be far off.

Yeah, look for shallow wood where the water is warming. Like the north shore bays where the sun warms it first.
