Hey,

Some of us have an IA Duluth Bass League event on Minne that day.  We normally start at 0700 that late in the year but I think it would be fun to combine the two events for DBL and DABL especially since I fish both leagues.

Updated 09 Sep:  I was wrong.  DBL event is the 23rd.  Don't know if I'm in yet though.  Gotta check against the soccer tourney sked.

If I do fish it'll probably be w/Brian Grandholm.

DABL should come up with a name for this event and is something we should do every year.

DABL Fall Bass Open, anyone anyone?

Hawghammer, talk to the guys in the AI league to get some of the teams to show up.

I might show up for the AI on Minnewawa, Al, Doug and myself do have a team in the AI league, but I haven't done one myself yet this year.

I brought this up to the league on Sunday and someone mentioned that weekend being the duck opener.  Might have some issues on Minnewawa that day if it is.  Not many AI guys sounded interested due to duck hunting.....and thats actually why we are ending the leauge a bit earlier this year.  Do you still plan having the event that day?

I will be fishing until ice up.....maybe even a few days after. :)  I am up for an October event for sure.  Let me know what you decided for the end of September event.  Sturgeon would be an option but that might be a tough bite that time of year.  I don't think many people duck hunt it.  Cedar could be an option too.
