More nights, long drives, and a board of bosses..  So what is the payout for the overall?  Trophies, plaques. etc.?  Are you going to do a complete payback over the year?  What about the remaining moneys?  Are you buying more scales?  The containers were broke and needed to be replaced.  How about more bags?

I thought there would be more split nights?  And shuffling teams based on the positions in each group?

If we are only having 15 teams, then what about the other 14 teams we had this year?  Just curious.  I liked fishing against everyone.  No big deal, just curious what the new format is and the setup.

Please explain a little more.  Thanks..

Dougie,

You must be smokin the wackey weed or something better? If memory serves me correctly you were at the meeting and were part of everything we decided. I'll try and refresh your memory for you.

11 events, 3 throws so if the drive to a certain event to much, just use one of the throws.

Anyway, yup more nights=more fun! Ofcourse trophies and plaques and etc. As for payout were talked about 30.00 for 1st.  2nd, 3rd and wildcard will like last year. I'm not aware of any need for more scales or any broken tubs. As the schedule says, "tentative". But the "bosses" seem to think it was pretty good as did you at the meeting.

Yup 15 teams is what were thinking. Isn't that the same you said you planning for the Multi-species due the new DNR rules and fees?

To my knowledge we only had 19 teams and a couple fell off after the 3 or 4th night.

Most everything else, rules, bag limit and etc will be the sames as last year.

One new thing is 10.00 per boat for big bass of the season. So if we get 15 boats that 150 bucks to the team that catches the biggest bass. A very nice payday!!

Also an end of the season party/dinner at Mr. D's and as I remember your handling the arrangements. DBAL buys the beer and soda and we all order off the menu at our own expense.

BTW, are you fishing with us next year? The River Rats have already committed for next year and plan to defend their championship with gusto!

I think we could have enough teams for two groups and then shuffle every other week.  That would be interesting.

Staying 15 boats or under is a good idea, I am with that, to avoid DNR permits, they like that too.  But I like to allow people that want to fish with us, the opportunity to do it.

I like the Big Bass Pot nightly.  Good idea.  End of year party, is fine.

Some of the tubs were broken and we kept them in Twitch's truck.  But we should replace them.  Very low cost of course, just something to keep in mind.  Along with some spare batteries for the scales.

Rog, no wacky stuff here.  But it's fun to get you guys (bossess) going.  ;)  Just kidding Rog...  Remember, I get that a lot too.  Just having fun with ya.  The main reason to start it out, was to get the information out here for everyone.  I like the extra nights, with throws, not sure if fishing yet.  Playing that by ear.

Gotta run.
