Lucky guy, Mr. RO, down there in the sunny state. Glad you stopped by. Wouldn't it be a sight, the two of them in helicopter hats... I see a picture heading to the website. Never too much time, but just starting to get the fishing withdrawals, and the water isn't even hard yet. Man is this going to be a longggggg winter..
Hey Twitch, you can't jinx them bass rods when catching quality fish like walleyes. Yeah I have the kids, but want to get out if it's possible. Just gotta plan how we can get all the water out of the boat without freezing up everything.
Sounds pretty nice. I wouldn't mind the AC now. Plenty cold already but a long ways to go. Yeah I hear the fishing shows. I have been watching them too. I'll be working to get the online work done, so I can concentrate on fishing this summer, testing lures, doing a little more filming and scouting out new waters. Lots happening and it should be good for everyone on this site.
Have a great evening and see ya out here later..
Youll never see me in a heli cap but if you want to be partners next season it is a requirement in my boat you mst wear one!
Water no problem! The little left over in the bottom after draining will cause no problem if you think you need a litte insurance we just pour a little Rv anti freeze in the bildge and live wells other that that there is plenty of room for what water that is left to expand without causing damage!I have never seen any damage to a boat from a little water laying in the bottom of the hull.
The main thing is that we check the lower unit and make sure there is no water in the case before it freezes!
